Sit Tight, Speak Bold | Authority Flows From Stillness

Authority isn’t noise—it’s knowing. Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Power that panics is not power—it’s insecurity disguised as passion. The disciples once celebrated that demons obeyed them, but Jesus redirected their focus: rejoice that your names are written in heaven. Real power flows from position, not performance.
Stillness is not weakness; it’s proof of confidence. A lion doesn’t roar to prove authority—it assumes it. The same peace that held Jesus silent before Pilate is the same peace that speaks louder than accusation today. If you have to shout to prove who you are, you don’t yet know where you’re seated.
Anxiety leaks anointing, but peace multiplies power. When you stop chasing authority, you start walking in it. Hell gets loud when you get quiet because silence backed by heaven sounds like thunder in the spirit. So before reacting today—pause, breathe, and let the Spirit speak through calm.
Your peace is your proof. Your stillness is your strength. Sit tight. Speak bold. Shake hell quietly.
