The Appointment Is Still Active: Don’t Confuse Delay with Denial Scripture: Habakkuk 2:3

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Delay does not mean denial. Your calling is still in play. Waiting on God is not easy, but it’s never wasted. Give the process time to work. Think about it: you ever waited on someone and it felt like they weren’t coming? That’s how faith feels most of the time.
This is where people self-destruct. They treat God’s delay like an error message. Just because He hasn’t texted you back yet doesn’t mean He forgot the call. He’s not behind—He’s ahead. That’s why we can’t get impatient.
Habakkuk was getting frustrated. What do you do when the world is silent? Will you remain confident when nothing moves? That’s the test.
The Potter reminds us: God’s mission doesn’t answer to ours. He’s not late—we’re just early. He’s not ignoring us—He’s aligning us. Small Talk: what is He whispering in the delay?
Why does this matter? Because most people walk away when they should be starting. They confuse the silence with abandonment. But maybe they don’t know God—they just know a version of Him passed down by someone who never knew Him either.
Just because God’s plane seems delayed doesn’t mean it’s not landing. Don’t leave the gate. David said, “I was anointed before I was appointed—but I didn’t move until God sent for me.”
Satan monitors delay because it's a vulnerable place. That’s when he strikes faith the hardest.
Go find the journal, folder, or note where you wrote the vision. Open it. Read it out loud. Pray: “Lord, I agree with Your appointment. I will not reschedule what You already wrote. I will stay ready.” Then act like it. Today.

You didn’t miss your season—you just left too soon.
Let’s go family. It’s time to step up, step out, and leave the comfort zone. Yes, it’s Monday. But this is the day the Lord has made.
We’re rebuilding a church that doesn’t wait for a chaperone. You matter. Your calling matters. Every joint supplies.
Say it out loud: “I am not quitting. I’m confirming. I am not delayed—I’m designated. My appointment is still active.”
Pray it: “I’ve been called and appointed by the living God. My calling is still active and I’m on the move.”
Just because you’re tired of waiting doesn’t mean it’s canceled. If He promised it, He can fulfill it.
