The Enemy Thrives in Unclaimed Territory | What You Don’t Occupy, He Will

Joshua 18:3 says, “How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?”
God has already given victory, but He won’t occupy the land for you — you have to step in and take it. If you don’t plant in your land, the enemy will, and he doesn’t need permission — only your absence.
An empty house attracts squatters. The longer you leave it unguarded, the stronger they become. Some blessings have been promised to you for years, yet they remain untouched because you’re waiting for God to hand them over without a fight. Victory is given, but it must be enforced.
Like a chessboard, early control of the center changes the whole game. Every unclaimed territory in your spiritual life — whether it’s a ministry, a habit, a relationship, or a financial opportunity — is a square the enemy is eager to occupy. Delay only digs his roots deeper.
You are not powerless. Heaven has already stamped your claim. The enemy’s strategy is to stall your advance until you believe the ground is his by default. Today, identify one unclaimed territory in your life and take a measurable action toward possession. Because what you don’t occupy, the enemy will.
